Return & Refund Policy


We accepted exchange or return Within 7 to 10 working days after the product is received.

Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. Please note that you have enclosed all the original tags, badges, plastic wrap, box, accessories, etc. that arrived with your merchandise. The product must be unused and intact. Within 7 to 10 working days of purchase. At the time of returning the product must pay the delivery charge.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 to 10 working days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In cases of return, delivery charges will be applied to new orders. (Unless exchange is due to damaged, wrong item delivery)

Return

We take every possible step on our part to ensure safe delivery. Please check the package in front of the delivery person. if you are not happy with the product, you may return it. In all cases (except damaged goods), the delivery fee must be paid.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through store credit (Depending on the product) or refunded on your original payment method or through bKash wallet (Depending on product/Usage/Issue). The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method and the number of financial institutions involved which may take 7-10 working days.
